The current production process of permanent magnet ferrite in the company is as follows: purchasing raw materials, mixing pre burned materials purchased from external sources with their own formula and ingredients, ball milling them in a ball mill, precipitating them in a storage tower, and then producing ferrite products through forming, pressing, sintering, post-processing, and other steps. Finally, after sorting, magnetizing, packaging, warehousing, and outbound steps, high-quality permanent magnet ferrite products are delivered to customers.

Automotive industry field

Provide solutions for automotive parts such as fuel tanks, headlight steering devices, etc. Mainly used in permanent magnet products such as radial twelve pole magnetic rings and axial circular rings.

Industrial equipment field

Provide solutions for fans, water pumps, etc. Mainly used in products such as radial six pole magnetic rings and radial rotors.

Medical equipment field

Permanent ferrite blocks are used in nuclear magnetic resonance machines.

In the field of household appliances

Applied to household appliances such as dishwashers, refrigerators, air conditioning compressors, juicers, bathtubs, etc. Mainly used in products such as radial six pole magnetic rings, radial two pole magnetic rings, small squares, cylinders, and radial two pole cylinders.

In the field of consumer electronics

Magnetic rings and silver plated sheets are used in audio systems.
